In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your purchase we will happily repair, replace or refund the item for you.
Item must be returned in the same condition as you received it and within 30 days of receipt, buyer pays return postage. Please contact us first with any problems and we will do all we can to ensure your satisfaction.
Return process:
1. Please send your item in a box with sufficient padding – warranty will be void if it is not properly protected; item must be in a box.
2. Ensure your return address is on the box.
3. Remove any passwords (or advise us what they are).
4. Include a note with a description of the issue, and please put your order number and contact details on the note.
5. Send your laptop via post with a signature-on-delivery label (essential).
6. Advise us of the tracking number once sent.

Items can also be dropped off directly, however posting is a lot easier for both parties. If you would still like to drop off please contact us via our online form to arrange a suitable time. Thanks.
